Reports according to a reliable twitter source known as Secret Footballer states that Arsenal have agreed a £25m fee to sign Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton.
Schneiderlin has been heavily linked with Arsenal and some other top clubs for a very long time, but the deal seems to be in favour of Arsenal after Secret Footballer confirmed it that a deal for the France international has been struck by both clubs. He is expected to complete a move to the Emirates Stadium in the summer

Secret Footballer posted this on his twitter timeline when he was asked to give the latest updates on Arsenal transfers. "@CescHaree My understanding is that they have an agreement already in place with Schneiderlin."
Schneiderlin has proved himself by impressing at different levels in the English Premier League. Ex-Manchester United star Gary Neville has also backed the 25-year old Southampton star to excel at any club in the EPL.
"I think he could play at any of the top clubs in the league, Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United or Arsenal - he's showed his quality this season," he told reporters.
I have no doubt about this transfer because Secret Footballer has revealed such news in the past which came to pass. It is also quite obvious that Arsenal have got a cordial relationship with Southampton when it comes to transfer issues, so I personally see this transfer happening.
